Manti is a Mediterranean dish. It is smallest of its kind from the dumpling family, stuffed with minced meet, onion and parsley. While manti is traditionally boiled in water, it could be fried as well.

The topping is versatile as well. The base for the sauce is thick yogurt. For garlic lovers, it is most commonly served with garlic yogurt where garlic is minced and incorporated in the yogurt. The yogurt can then be (and usually is) drizzled with hot melted butter seasoned with cayenne, paprika or red pepper flakes for heat. A little sprinkle of oregano atop the whole thing and you have a dish that you will be addicted to.
